5 Biggest Races Of The Year In MotoGP 2023

Hello, MotoGP fans all round the world, feel like you are getting bored!

And why not will you get bored  the wonderful 2023 motoGPseason had ended recently,  and there will be almost 4 months to get the new F1 season going.

But let’s just not get bored. Let us take you to our surgery on the recently completed 2023 MotoGP season, where we will analyze every little details of the season.

Let’s look upon 5 biggest Races Of The 2023 MotoGP season-

1. MotoGP Catalunya Grand Prix, The Crash King

Aleix Espargaró of Aprilia won both the sprint and main races in Catalunya, finishing ahead of Jorge Martín and teammate Maverick Viñales. This was Espargaró’s first Grand Prix victory. Álex Márquez, Enea Bastianini, Marco Bezzecchi, Fabio Di Giannantonio, and Johann Zarco were among the five riders who crashed on the first lap of the major race for Ducati. A few circuits later, Francesco Bagnaia, the leader of the championship, too had a crash. The minor injury he sustained from Brad Binder’s KTM running over his legs prevented him from rejoining the race and could have severe consequences for the title.

2. The First Ever Indian Grand Prix
In the first Indian Grand Prix, a rain-delayed sprint saw Jorge Martín win, followed by Francesco Bagnaia and Marc Márquez. Bagnaia lost the main race after a fight with Martín, and Marco Bezzecchi won his third and last race of the year, more than nine seconds ahead of Martín and Fabio Quartararo. With seven races left, Martín’s result had cut the championship lead to 13 points.

3. British Grand Prix-

Álex Márquez won the sprint race when Marco Bezzecchi made his comeback to the racing scene in Britain, but he secured his second straight pole position. whilst Francesco Bagnaia was unable to record a point. In the main race, Aleix Espargaró defeated Bagnaia to claim his first victory of the year, and Bezzecchi was forced to retire.

4. Buriram GP, Indonesia-

With his third straight sprint victory in Indonesia, Jorge Martín secured Ducati’s fourth Constructors’ Championship, ahead of Luca Marini and Marco Bezzecchi. Martín moved up to the top of the standings for the first time this season, leading by seven points after winning the sprint. After starting the main race from 13th place on the grid and winning, Martín crashed out, allowing Francesco Bagnaia to easily regain the lead in the standings.

5. Qatar GP-

Luca Marini set an all-time lap record at the track to clinch his second career pole position at the last race in Qatar. In the sprint race, Francesco Bagnaia barely finished in fifth place, while Jorge Martín won. In the main race, Martín finished a disappointing 10th, while Fabio Di Giannantonio won his first MotoGP race ahead of Bagnaia and Marini. With Martín’s tenth sprint race of the season at the last round in Valencia, the championship lead was reduced to 14 points heading into the final race. While Martin was trying to recover from an early error, he fell out of the main race. Bagnaia won the race and earned his second consecutive MotoGP world title.
