Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton, two all time greats of F1, has really captivated the entire sporting world.

One them, Max Verstappen is still at a very young age, but has already been a legend with three consecutive F1 championship wins (2021,2022,2023). While gaining these championship’s he has also shattered Hamilton’s hope for breaking the record of most Drivers Championship that Hamilton jointly holds with another F1 Great, Michael Schumacher.

While Hamilton, on the other hand is an eight time champion and also a holder of some very exciting records.

So, let’s look at 5 records of each of these Drivers that they currently hold-

First is Max Verstappen

1. Most F1 Wins In A Single Season-With a staggering 18 seasons in this 2023 campaign, Max Verstappen has already made a world record for most wins in a season, surpassing his own record of 15 that he set last season after surpassing Michael Schumacher. But he has no sign stopping now, and is eyeing a 19th victory at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the last F1 Grand Prix of the season.

2. Most F1 Points Scored In A Single Season-He has already score a total of 549, surpassing his own record of 454 of the last season. And surely with one more race to go, he will score some more points.

3. Most Consecutive Race Wins

Verstappen holds the record of most consecutive wins in a season with 10 straight wins. Ranging from Miami GP to the Italian GP of this recent 2023 season.

4. Most Sprint Race Wins In A Season-Although the sprint races are the new addition to the F1 universe, that too from this 2023 season, still with 4 Sprint race wins, Verstappen holds this record too.

5. An Odd One- Most Numbers Of Laps Led

Although it sounds very odd, but Max Verstappen holds this record too. With almost 900 laps as race leader.

1. Most F1 Career Race Wins- (103)

With 103 career race wins, the Great Lewis Hamilton holds and will hold this record for a long time to come.

2. Most Points Scored In Total Career-(around 4500)-

With almost 4500 Career points and still scoring, Lewis Hamilton holds the record of Most points scored in Career.

3. Total and Most Pole Positions- (104)

With a total of 104 pole positions up until the Abu Dhabi, Lewis Hamilton holds this unique record.

4. Most Podium Finishes-(189)

When it comes to finish in a podium position, nobody can and will not touch Hamilton for a long time. With a staggering 189 podium finishes until now, he holds this long lasting record.

5. Most Race Entries With A Single Manufacturer- (292)

Hamilton has entered in 292 races with a Mercedes car, the most by any driver with a particular manufacturer. This shows his love and respect for Mercedes as well as Mercedes’ love for him.So, these are some of the exaggerating and unique records hold by these two great drivers in the history of F1, who are still continuing their drive for excellence.
